A care manager for your family
Our care management team links your family with our doctors and with community services, so their needs are looked after as a whole. Planned, joined-up care means fewer emergency visits and hospital stays, and keeps people well for longer. Support is available in English, Luganda and Swahili.
Our health workers are guided by professional ethics, not profit.
